About P.F.C.

P.F.C. is a neobank offering various retail banking products and financial empowerment to consumers wanting to gain control over their spending habits. Since its start in 2018, P.F.C. has delivered over 100,000 cards and received eight awards. As of 2021, the fintech became a part of Svea Bank.

Sileon enables debit card-linked BNPL to P.F.C.

In order to provide a modern instalment solution, P.F.C. decided to partner with Sileon. With Sileon’s flexible and scalable functionality integrated into its infrastructure, P.F.C. can offer a white-label debit card-linked BNPL solution serving end users’ need for flexible payment schemes.

The offering provides end users with post-purchase BNPL options, enabling debit card purchases to convert into instalments. This means end users can retrieve money from a purchase made by the P.F.C. debit card and spread the total amount across several instalments, i.e., 3, 6 or 12 months, where the minimal amount needed to convert a purchase to a part payment is 300 SEK. Instalment fees vary between 10-80 SEK, depending on the total amount. End users can, at any point, choose to cancel the instalment plan and pay the total amount.

Since Sileon’s BNPL Platform integration in 2020, P.F.C. has seen an extensively increased revenue, with eight times higher conversion rates than traditional revolving credit. Returning customers are estimated to be 85%.
